I received an email on October 16th, 2007. It reads as follows:

"Hi Paul,

I am trying to trace a very elusive Maheu connection.

My great grandmother, Delina Danis Franche, was the daughter of Thomas Danis and Olive Maheu. I have not been able to find anything on Olives family.

Can you help?

If anyone out there has some ideas about the family of Olive Maheu, please let her know. I was able to determine that they were married on 11 Sep 1843 in St.Benoit, Deux-Montagnes, Québec, Canada. I wasn't able to get much further. If you can help her, email her at elandis61@hotmail.com .
